Enquiries not becoming orders are deleted after twelve months. Order and accounting records are kept ten years under French commercial law.
Build records are kept indefinitely. A fixture built in 1991 is still in service somewhere, and the twenty-year parts guarantee is only meaningful if we can look up what was in that housing. These records identify an organisation and a fixture rather than a person.
Our staff, our accountant, the carrier who delivers, and the distributor in your territory where an order came through them. Nobody else. We do not sell or share contact data, and we run no advertising that would give us a reason to.
Under the GDPR you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data. Write to works@fresnelle.example. Deletion cannot extend to accounting records within their statutory retention period.
You may complain to the CNIL. We would rather hear from you first.
